The Wise Group is a leading social enterprise working to lift people out of poverty. As an enterprise, we build bridges to opportunity for the most vulnerable in our society. Our team does this through mentoring support, employment, skills, and energy advice.
Every day we support our customers into jobs, work to lift people out of fuel poverty, and help people coming out of prison to build a better future. Our work is varied, and underlying everything we do is a passion and commitment for social justice and a fairer society for all.
The Wise Group builds better lives, better communities and stronger businesses, and we don’t do it alone. We work with a range of partners to make a real and lasting difference to the lives of thousands of people and families every year.

All objection letters received have now been handed in to Glasgow City Council!
We have been informed that letters and objection comments will be available to view after some time on the planning portal.
After our objection letters have been received, the case will be referred to the planning committee who will review the application.
As ever, we would like to say a massive thank you to those who have filed formal objections to these proposals and remind you that the deadline for those of you who have not yet done so is tomorrow, 30th August 2023 due to website maintenance.
We are thrilled to announce that Swinton Community Council will return to hosting regular meetings for the first time since the COVID pandemic struck.
